Customer Information
As part of our COVID-19 response, we are taking steps to protect the health and safety of our customers and employees. To follow public health guidelines regarding social distancing, our Bishop Customer Service Center is closed. Click here for further information on paying your bill and flexible payment options. Recreational Land Closures
The health and safety of our employees and the community remains a priority. Anyone visiting outdoor spaces is expected to follow all the COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions put in place by Mono and Inyo Counties.

The Standing Committee is comprised of Inyo and LA policy makers and provide direction to the Inyo/LA Technical Group which is comprised of Inyo and LA technical staff.

LA's Urban Water Management Plan
The 2020 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) is being prepared now. In January 2021, we held informational meetings to share background on the UWMP and the preparation process before the draft is released in February 2021. Public Comment is due by March 22.
